Transfer news LIVE: Liverpool get ‘first refusal’ ahead of Arsenal and Eriksen, next newest club

Dybala says goodbye

Paulo Dybala has posted an emotional message to Juventus fans confirming he will be leaving the club this summer after seven years of loyal service.

“It’s hard to find the right words to greet you, so many years ago and so many emotions at play, all together,” Dybala wrote on Instagram. “I thought we would be together for many more years, but fate put us on different paths.

“I will never forget everything you made me live, every game, every goal. With you I grew up, I learned, I lived and I dreamed. It was 7 years of magic, 12 trophies and 115 goals that no one will ever take away from us.

“Thank you for supporting me in difficult times. Thank you to those who have supported me over the years: from the first to the last, from the supporters to the people who work within the club, everyone, coaches and teammates, employees and managers.

“Wearing this important jersey with the captain’s armband has been one of the proudest moments of my life, which I hope to show my children and grandchildren one day.

“Tomorrow will be my last game in this shirt, it’s hard to imagine, but it will be our last goodbye. It won’t be easy, but I will enter the pitch with a smile and my head held high, knowing that I have given everything for you.”
